Returns and Refunds :
• We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on our products. If you are not satisfied, you can request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
• Certain items, such as prescription-required products, perishable goods, and opened beauty or personal care items, are not eligible for returns due to health and safety regulations.

• Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Contact us with photos of the damaged item and packaging at support@zingmeds.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after verification.
Order Cancellations:
• You may cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@zingmeds.com.
• If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may still initiate a return once you receive the package (subject to our return policy).
